Grandwest Casino Ice Rink Times
The rink changed hands in 1986 and the Cape Peninsula Ice Skating Club was formed, under the management of an elected committee. The property was sold in 1994 and the rink, renamed as The Ice Station was included in the GrandWest Casino & Entertainment World Development. Healthy start to life. Fun filled entertainment, colour lights, music. The whole family can enjoy a skating session. Ticket price includes entrance to the Ice Station and the hire of one pair of ice skates. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the correct skate size will be available if you arrive late for a skating session. Due To Covid Our Ice Skating Sessions Will Be Restricted Until Advised Otherwise. Our general ice skating sessions times for season 2020-21 are: - Friday Under 18's Fun Skate: Friday 6.30pm to 8:00pm; Saturday & Sunday Snowbabies: 11:30am to 12 noon; Saturday & Sunday General Open Skating Session: 1pm to 2pm and 3pm to 4pm.
