I arrived at the poker room to request $90 worth of my over $700 earned food comp account balance. At that point, I was told that the poker room manager had deactivated my account. The reason given to me by the poker room desk clerk, was that I had not played during the previous two months. In my opinion, this was punishment for not playing. I had earned comps awarded for over 400 hours of play. I had not played during March and April due to effects of a stroke that I had suffered. I tried 3 times since then to discuss the matter with the Poker Room manager. He has not been available.
